When a service block brings a new or changed googlePlaceId (or a transport's arrivalGooglePlaceId) without coordinates, MOGU fills it from Google Places on save: coordinates, formatted address, locality, phone, website, rating and up to three photos. Fields you send are kept, and Google photos are placed before your own images. Re-sending a block with the same id and place keeps the data already filled, so you don't need to echo it back. A place that cannot be filled in time is stored as sent; its lookup finishes in the background and the next save of that block fills it.
